We aim for an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. If something prevents you from using the site, we want to know and will work with you on an accessible alternative.
1. Our commitment
We want every reader to be able to enter the room, find a resource, read a story, complete a form, and download a guide with as little friction as possible. Accessibility is part of how this site is designed, reviewed, and maintained.
If a barrier prevents access, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the content or service in an accessible alternative format at no cost.
2. Standard and approach
Kiki’s Reset Room aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or third-party service will be perfect in every combination of device, browser, and assistive technology.
We combine automated checks with manual review because automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier.
3. What we have implemented
- Semantic page landmarks, logical heading levels, descriptive page titles, and consistent navigation.
- A skip link, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable controls, and touch targets sized for easier activation.
- Visible breadcrumbs on interior pages so readers can understand their location and return to a parent section.
- Form labels, instructions, autocomplete information, error guidance, and status messages that do not rely only on color.
- Readable responsive type, text reflow, zoom support, sufficient color contrast, and content that remains available on small screens.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and empty alternative text for decorative images.
- Reduced-motion support for readers who request it through their device settings.
- Automated HTML validation during each production build, supported by manual keyboard, zoom, and screen-reader spot checks.
4. PDFs and downloadable resources
The Face, Space, and Emotions Reset PDF includes searchable text, a document title and language, tagged headings and paragraphs, a logical reading order, meaningful visual descriptions, and bookmarks for major sections.

5. Known limitations
Some functions depend on third-party services, including Kit email forms, Google Analytics, Cloudflare hosting and security, social platforms, and external websites. Kiki’s Reset Room does not control all third-party code, but we seek accessible choices and invite reports when a third-party experience creates a barrier.
Behavior may also vary between older browsers, devices, screen readers, and PDF readers. A current browser and a PDF reader with tagged-PDF support generally provide the best experience.
6. Feedback and accommodations

If possible, include the page or file you were using and a short description of the problem. Your browser, device, or assistive technology can be helpful but is optional. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will review your message and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
7. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We review new features and content, maintain automated production checks, perform periodic manual testing, and update this statement when meaningful changes are made.
